    Horrible experience, especially for the high price for a relatively simple return ($300). The agent missed $29,000 in income even though there was a 1099 form present. Had I not caught the mistake, I would have erroneously received a $5,130 refund instead of the $1,041 that was the correct amount. Would not recommend HR Block - back to Turbo Tax! Such a basic mistake from an agent with 20 plus years of experience - WOW!
