- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this Bank a o rating it i would, over all experience was terrible, over drafting accounts on accounts that have been closed prior to closing my accounting they were holding account pay roll for 2 half months yes months leaving with no way to care for my family my employer only set up automatic deposits so leaving no choice also in order to set up different account from hassle free to standard checking left me waiting additional week . They never have enough staff waiting period can be from 20 to 30 minutes at the local bank in Monroe wa branch. they usually only have one person teller .
