- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was initially EXTREMELY impressed when I walked in and the person who had opened my business account at least a year prior, recognized my voice when I spoke. He immediately knew my name! Ever since, I have noticed GREAT customer service. The only thing that I do NOT like about this branch is the new remodel. It feels very cold and impersonal now. I guess it is better to discourage crime, with the extreme openness, but it sure doesn't feel good to walk in anymore.By Carol Bulas Honkanen, June 16, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The line is often slow as they appear to be chronically under-staffed. Generally only two tellers, even when line is long and one of them also has to divide their time between the counter and the drive-thru. The place often feels like a ghost town as far as staffing is concerned. Their most uttered phrase seems to be "thank you for your patience"--which is nice, but would be less necessary if they had more staff.By Erica Graf, November 21, 2016
