  I have been coming here since I was little and have always preferred supporting small businesses such as this. Recently, the place has gone downhill SIGNIFICANTLY. The last two times I have gone there to ship packages I was treated VERY rudely. The last time I was there, I feared for my well being. After being treated very rudely, I politely said that I would not be taking my business there anymore, which made me sad because I had been going there for years. The owner started cussing and ranting about how rude I was and that everybody these days wants everything for free, and that I wasn't the first person to tell him that. As I was scrambling out the door with my packages, he yelled at me (exact quote) "I hope you are raped and murdered" and followed that up with the creepiest most demonic booming laugh I have ever heard. At that point, I was scared for my life and frantically trying to get the packages in the car. I am not a timid or thin skinned woman, but I was shaking and tearing up as I drove away. BOTTOM LINE: this place has terrible service and the owner has no class and an apparent disregard for the well being and safety of his customers. I have never felt so unsafe I Monroe. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE
